Who will qualify for Aptimos Reward Points?
All customers who have registered an account with us.
Do I need to have an account to shop on APTIMOS.COM?
You have the option to shop through guest checkout for online purchases. However, you will not be able to receive reward points or check your order history if you have opted for guest checkout.

Having an account with APTIMOS.COM will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can sign up for an account before shopping or create one before you head to checkout.

What are the benefits of creating an account?
By creating an account, you will be able to:

  • Earn points on every dollar you spent on qualifying purchases
  • Checkout faster online by saving your address in your Address Book
  • View your online order status and history under My Orders
  • Save your favourite items online in your Wishlist
  • Receive the latest news on promotions and exclusives offers and invitation to private events
How to earn Aptimos Reward Points?
You will be rewarded 100 points when you first sign up an account with us.

Points are issued based on your purchase, both online and in-store. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points are calculated on each transaction based on the final check out amount, excluding any discount, coupon or points redemption.

How long will I receive the reward points issued for my purchase?
For in-store purchases, reward points will be issued immediately after transaction.

For online purchases, reward points will be awarded when Order Status reached ‘Completed’.

How can I check my Aptimos Reward Points?
Log in to your Aptimos account on our website to check your points balance. You can also visit any of our stores and check with our friendly staff.

What Aptimos Reward Points can be used for?
Points earned in-store can be used to redeem e-Vouchers to offset your next in-store purchases from participating brands*. Find out more on our Redemption catalogue.
For online purchases, points can be used to offset your next purchase directly on our website.

How do I redeem my Aptimos Reward Points?
You may login to your account to redeem your Reward Points for e-Vouchers listed on our Redemption catalogue to offset your in-store purchases from participating brands*. Do note that e-Vouchers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. e-Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and may not be used on promotional items.

For online purchases, you may redeem your Le Club Reward Points directly on our website by applying it on your Shopping Cart or Check-out page. Do note that you cannot redeem points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash.

What are the participating brands that are applicable for the e-vouchers?
e-Vouchers redemption are only applicable for purchases made on the following participating brand:

Can I still use the coupon code when I am redeeming my reward points for online purchase?
Yes, you can apply both the coupon code and reward points redemption on your Shopping Cart or Check-out page when making your online purchase. Do make sure you’ve signed into your account to be able to redeem your reward points.

Can I transfer my Aptimos Reward Points to my friend?
Unfortunately you can’t. Our loyalty program is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and is therefore solely for individual use only.

When will my Aptimos Reward Points expire?
Points earned in stores don’t expire as long as you continue shopping. Points will expire one year (365 days) from the date they were first earned. Your account page lists your Rewards Points balance history, which displays the date your points were earned.

My Account

How do I create an account?
To register as a Rewards Member, head on over to our rewards portal and register an account under Sign Up. Alternatively, you can also create an account over at any of our retail stores. Simply inform our friendly staff at your point of purchase and they will assist you with the registration process.

For online account, fill up your particulars under Register an Account on My Account page. You can also create an account on your Check-out page when carting your online purchase by checking the “Create an account” box.

How do I sign in to my account?
Head on over to our rewards portal (for in-store redemption) or My Account page (for online redemption), enter your Username or email address and password into the Login field.
How do I reset/change my password?
Click on “Forgot Password” and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.To change your password, sign into your account and head to Account Details page to change your new password.

How can I edit/update my account details?
Sign in to your account, head to Profile page to edit/update your particulars.

How can I edit/update my billing and shipping addresses?
Sign in to your account, head to My Address page to edit/update your billing and shipping addresses and save them for future orders.

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
  1. APTIMOS reserves the right to amend the benefits and Terms & Conditions of its program without prior notice.
  2. Changes to the member rewards program and updated versions of the Terms will be posted here on our website and are effective immediately.
  3. The decision of APTIMOS shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with APTIMOS REWARDS.
  4. APTIMOS REWARDS is valid at both APTIMOS retail stores in Singapore and online at APTIMOS.COM only.
  5. Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered customer.
  6. Points may be revoked, adjusted and/or recalculated for orders or purchases which may have been fully or partially refunded.
  7. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in termination of membership by APTIMOS.
