Returns & Refunds


I want to return my item.
You may only return your item to us if your item is faulty upon receipt or wrong item delivered.

Faulty item or wrong delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please email us at info@aptimos.com.
Watches purchased from Aptimos.com can be returned by mail and must be returned:

  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Complete with free gifts, accessories, if any
  • With tags and labels attached
  • With the invoice or packing slip

Please note that your returns will only be accepted if the above conditions are met. Watches may not be returned if sized or altered. Aptimos reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our office.

Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

How long is the quality evaluation process?
The quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 working days once the item reaches our office. The refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item.

How long is the refund process?
Upon completion of the quality evaluation, a refund will be initiated and should be completed within 1 – 2 working days.

How soon will I receive my refund?
The refunds lead time depends on the refund method.

  • Credit/Debit Card : 5 – 15 working days
  • Paypal : 2 working days
