Registration

Registering with us by creating an account on our website to place an order is not mandatory. You can place an order without creating an account with us. When creating an account, you must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the website. You shall not misuse the website by creating multiple user accounts.

Formation of a Contract

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following T&C. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Aptimos, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Aptimos retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the products which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those products listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. If your order consists of more than one product, the products may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order, at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and will do a refund to you.

Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and are in Singapore Dollars. We are under no obligation to fulfil your order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your order has been acknowledged).

Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the products you wish to purchase. Once the products have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of products you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Mistaken Orders

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the Website, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to process your request.

Refusal of Order

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Website or for refusing to process or accept an Order.

We place great value on our customer satisfaction and operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. In the event of a complaint it will help us if you can describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the order or at least the order number that we assign you in the order confirmation. In rare cases, your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you. Should you not have received any response from us within five (5) Business Days, please make further enquiries.
